Fall Schedule
We have finally made it to the point we need to be. The Meeting on Wednesday at 5:30 is not simply a Call Out. It is the first class in "Introduction to Motosports" and will be EVERY Wednesday evening from 5:30 to 6:30.
The topics are very interesting and we have guest speakers from every form of Motorsports that have homes in Indiana. We will take a field trip to IMIS as part of the course.
The first offering is non-credit and the University wants to see what interest it draws.
Please consider this if you have any ambitions of working in the Automotive or Motorsports industries.
We will be establishing Motorsports Advisory Teams developed by disipline to assist the Indy Car and NHRA fellows during the school year.
We have a proposal from USAC to run a "Focus" Midget in the USAC series. ALL PURDUE.
We have a proposal from Indy Lights to run and ALL PURDUE Indy Lights car next season.
We have so many opportunities for interaction and working with race teams you will have to come to hear abou the rest.
If you want to Intern with race teams or the series, you will have to take this class. I will not recommend anyone for an Internship with Indy Car without the class. The same hold true for NHRA. If you want in the industry, this is the door to get in.
We have scheduled an Indy Lights car for the day (weather dependant) and I hope to see you in Forney on Wednesday at 5:30.
We now have a couple new sponsors and an Motorsports Office in Indy.
